We have lodging available for DoD ID card holders (Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, and Retiree) year round. Be advised that this lodging office does not operate 24 hours a day. Please have supporting documentation ready if requesting discounted rate for official or IDT status. Rooms are charged at the local per diem rate. Discounted rates may be available for active, veterans, retirees, and those on official duty. Call 504-278-8224 for more details.

Room rates vary based on status (Official, Unofficial, IDT)

– Check in time is 1500 and check out time is 0900

– Reservations are not guaranteed and may be cancelled due to mission requirements

– Guest are responsible for any damages to rooms.

– All rooms are Non-Smoking

– To receive official or IDT rates, you must have travel orders or a memorandum on unit stationary stating you are in drill status.

– NO PETS ALLOWED

– Reservations are limited to 30 days prior to arrival date

– Must have a credit card on file to reserve a room.

– Reservations are limited to 2 rooms. (Request for exception must be in writing citing specific reasons)

– VIP/DV QUARTERS ARE FOR ALL CURRENT AND RETIRED O-6 AND ABOVE OR E-9 ONLY

– Cancellation Fee of $15.00 will be charged if reservation is not cancelled 24 hours prior to reservation.
